Title: Tenure-track Assistant Professor

The Center for Economics, Finance, and Management Studies (CEFMS) at Hunan University is seeking to expand its regular faculty by recruiting outstanding new PhDs and senior scholars from top-tier research universities or institutions worldwide.

We offer a competitive compensation package, which includes an annual research fund and a one-time housing subsidy. All courses are conducted in English. Faculty responsibilities include teaching a limited number of graduate courses and engaging in research that leads to high-quality publications in internationally refereed SSCI journals. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree by the time of appointment. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong record of, or potential for, high-quality publications.

Center for Economics, Finance, and Management Studies (CEFMS), founded in 2013, is dedicated to building a distinguished school-equivalent platform offering both Master’s and Ph.D. degrees. CEFMS operates under the leadership of internationally renowned scholars and currently has 15 overseas-trained full-time faculty members and 4 special-term faculty members, all tenured professors from top overseas universities.
